The new Web site allows dealers to locate, price, purchase, track and prepare return requests for over two million SKUs, from over 20 manufacturers and distributors. The new site is fully integrated with the dealer's DMS System including: Lightspeed NXT, Lightspeed Unix, MIC Commander, Softek and c-Systems. Dealers can now reprint invoices, upload and process purchase orders, track shipments, manage back-order items and even check availability with some of the suppliers through an easy to use interface. Recently added features include a trouble ticket tracking system that ensures dealers get prompt responses to their inquiries and a very extensive FAQs database that allows dealers to find answers to the most common questions quickly and easily.
